Who am I?

I'm Annie Kikuchi. Asian-American. Japanese-Hong Kongese mixed. Only daughter. Lived in 5 countries and 7 cities across Asia and North America. Now in Japan.

I spent decades hating my bi-ethnic roots. Ashamed of the multicultural upbringing that made me feel like I belonged nowhere. The version of me I disowned became my sharpest edge. Bound to nowhere. That's exactly why I see the conditioning everyone else misses.

Growing up an Asian daughter meant raising myself, every single day.

Graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York (FIT), 1997. Quit my fashion & textile job at 29. Became an entrepreneur on my own.

I built the business and trained in Holistic Aromatherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Belief Reforming, Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Healing, and NeuroMindfulness.

At 48, I blamed the business for the dead end. Running on the old version of me built for a life I'd already left.

I burned down my career at 48. I burned down my old social group at 49. Not brave. Just done living a life that still didn't feel like mine.

51 now. Rewrote my identity. Became who I wanted to be. Zero regrets.

What looked like my personality was survival wearing a disguise. Not one therapist or healer I met had the system to untangle what I was carrying. So I built the system myself, out of what I'd lived and what I'd trained in.

I wasn't here to please the world. I was here to recover who I was under all of it.

Walked out. I'm the living proof. Then built the system for Gen Xers, the parts most people miss in midlife reinvention.

22 years as an entrepreneur, founder, and transformational consultant. Chartered Marketer.

Every credential earned.
Every inch lived.

Midlife, Unsaid

I'm showing the part nobody says out loud. What nobody warns you about.
